Are you interested in our wallpaper, fabrics by the meter, or perhaps our crocheted toys, but not sure how to place an order? Our step-by-step shopping guide will help you navigate our online store with ease—so nothing will stand in the way of making your home more cozy and beautiful!

Let’s walk through the entire process step by step.

1. Choose Your Products

The first step to a successful purchase is selecting the products you truly love. Take your time browsing our wide range of fabrics by the meter, bedding, and other items. If you’re looking for something specific, you can use the filter options or type a search term directly into the search bar at the top of the page.

Once you find a product that suits your needs, simply select the quantity and click “Add to Cart.” You can repeat this process for each additional item you’d like to order.

If you get interrupted during your shopping, don’t worry—you won’t have to start over. Our store features an open cart function, so even if you leave the site, your items will remain in the cart and be waiting for you when you return.

2. Review Your Cart and Complete Your Order

To complete your purchase, click the cart icon in the top right corner of the page. You will see a list of selected items, including quantities and the earliest available delivery date. Here, you can review and make any necessary changes to your order.

Click the “Continue” button on the right side of the screen to proceed. Next, choose your preferred delivery method. If you're nearby, you can pick up your order from our warehouse during business hours—free of charge. If you prefer to have your order delivered to your door, you can choose from the following options:

• Zásilkovna – Pickup point / Home delivery

• PPL

• GLS

• DPD

If you're purchasing digital products, there's no need to wait for delivery. Once your payment is processed, the files will be sent directly to your email inbox.

Next, select your preferred payment method. We offer the following options:

• Bank transfer

• Google Pay

• Online card payment

• Cash on delivery

• Cash payment (for in-person pickup)

Finally, click “Continue” and follow the instructions on the screen.

3. Order Confirmation and Delivery

Once your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email. We will then start processing your order to ensure your products reach you as quickly as possible.

Upon receiving your order, you will receive a confirmation email along with the invoice.
